2. Orders & Deliveries

  • Spot2Delivery acts as a facilitator between you and our partner restaurants and delivery agents.

  • Orders once placed can be canceled only within a limited time. Cancellation after food preparation may not be eligible for a full refund.

  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, or restaurant load.


3. Payments

  • All payments must be made using the available and secure payment methods.

  • Prices listed include applicable taxes unless otherwise mentioned.

  • If a transaction fails but the amount is debited, the issue will be resolved by our payment gateway partner.


4. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds are issued only when approved by the admin team, and processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Users must submit a refund request through the app with appropriate reasons and proof (if required).

All content on Spot2Delivery — including logos, designs, text, images, and software — is the property of Spot2Delivery and protected by copyright laws. You may not use our brand or materials without permission.


7. Third-Party Services

Spot2Delivery may contain links or integrations with third-party services (e.g., payment gateways). We are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or actions.


8. Limitation of Liability

Spot2Delivery is not liable for:

  • Food quality issues (handled by restaurants directly).

  • Delivery delays due to factors beyond our control.

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.


9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.


10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
